香港是美食之都,經常出外進食,很大機會有高血脂、肥胖、高血糖等現像。這都是增加你患上冠心病的危險因素。

 

飲食重點

健康的飲食有助心血管保養,我們應避免進食大量紅肉,建議多攝取水果、蔬菜、豆類與蛋類食物,食用低脂的奶製品及單元不飽和脂肪酸,均會降低冠心病的發病率。

 

什麼運動適合我們

在運動方面,並不是越劇烈就越好,運動時,身體稍覺微熱,有一點點汗,才是最適當的。健康成年人建議每週至少進行五次急步行每次約三十分鐘的中等強度運動或是六十分鐘較劇烈運動; 同時建議加入肌肉鍛鍊,以提升體能,對預防冠心病有著更多的好處。 若有心臟疾病史,須由醫生作運動前評估。

 

如能積極改變飲食與運動習慣,並且持之以恆,定可有效的達到預防冠心病的目標。
