孕婦在懷孕期間,可能因食慾大增,或因胎盤所分泌的賀爾蒙激素所影響,以致胰島素的分泌減低,使血糖容易上升而出現妊娠期糖尿病。

產前護理小貼士

  • 飲食控制
    烹調上避免煎炸,盡量採用蒸烚方法,並按營養師所提出的方案,作出飲食控制及戒掉偏食、暴飲暴食的習慣。
  • 適量運動
    按可接受的程度來進行,其中散步或急步行都適合孕婦。每天三十分鐘的步行,便可增加胰島素的敏感性,有利葡萄糖的運用,從而更有效地控制血糖的水平。
  • 家居血糖監察
    透過家居血糖監察,作為調節生活飲食習慣和運動的參考指標。
  • 產前檢查
    按時作產前檢查,讓醫護人員評估孕婦及胎兒的健康狀況,制訂更適切的護理方案,並早察覺異常或併發症等情況。
  • 情緒管理
    在妊娠不適的情況下,情緒一般會較易波動。良好的情緒管理會令你與配偶的關係更和諧,一起培育新生命。
