在日常飲食中,若喜好一些含有高成份「嘌呤」的食物,「嘌呤」在我們體內經過新陳代謝後,就會變成尿酸。體內過多的尿酸,尿酸鹽就會凝聚於關節內,引起發炎疼痛,這就是痛風。病人多是 40 歲以上,男性多於女性,與日常飲食有關。

痛風症病人應避免食用『高普林食物』

鵝肉、野味,肝、腰、腸、肚、心、腦,沙甸魚、倉魚、鯡魚(Herring)、牙帶魚,蝦米、小魚乾、魚皮、魚卵、多春魚,帶子、瑤柱、蠔、蠔豉、青口、司鯰。

  • 全麥食品(All Bran) 如全麥麵包、全麥穀類早餐。
  • 乳酸飲品。
  • 濃肉湯、肉汁、燉品,牛素、雞精、保衛爾、酵母粉,酒。

總結

痛風不能根治,但適當的藥物及飲食的節制是可以防止痛風的復發。
