Honoary Fellow Member

The Provisional Hong Kong Academy of Nursing has admitted Mr. Lester Garson Huang, JP as an Honorary Fellow. Mr. Huang is a solicitor in Hong Kong and served as President of the Law Society of Hong Kong from 2007 to 2009. He was a member of the Nursing Council of Hong Kong from 2002 to 2008. During his six-year tenure in the Nursing Council, Mr. Huang contributed his knowledge and professional views to advance the work of the Council. In the process of setting up of the Academy of Nursing in Hong Kong, Mr. Huang had been instrumental from the start of the planning process till the incorporation of the Provisional Hong Kong Academy of Nursing (PHKAN). Without Mr. Huang’s dedication, expert advice and effort, the PHKAN would not have materialized at this stage.
